SHIPPING POLICY

Your item(s) will be delivered via USPS and likely arrive in a shipping bag (or multiple bags, depending on your order size).

We currently offer First-Class & Priority Mail Services.

We use real-time shipping rates; where the rates are based on package weight and dimensions, mail service and shipping address. 

You can expect to receive your item(s) in 1-5 days business days, once processed. We are currently asking you to allow up to 10 business days for processing.

 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your package(s) has(have) left the facility. Please make sure that the address we are shipping to is a secure address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please don't hesitate to contact us if there are any questions or concerns regarding your order. We will always do our best to accommodate special requests, or address any issues that may arise. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We here at Stronghold Apparel hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but in case you are not... please give us the opportunity to make it right!

We will gladly accept your item(s) in exchange for store credit only, within the first 7 days of receiving your order. We ask that all items be returned unused and in original packaging (if possible). The original shipping charge is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please include your receipt or order number with your return, and keep your tracking information until you receive an email with your e-Gift Card.

Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE items

and cannot be returned or exchanged.
